1) Scope of Services

We provide educational coaching programs, courses, and community support focused on weight loss and wellness, including cellular detox–style frameworks and related lifestyle strategies. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation does not create a patient–provider or physician–patient relationship.

2) Health & Medical Disclaimer

The content on this site and in our programs is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider regarding medical conditions, medications, or supplements.
Statements about nutrition, supplements, or detox strategies have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you experience adverse symptoms, stop and contact a licensed clinician or emergency services.

3) Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or have written consent from a parent/guardian) and able to consent to these Terms.

4) Third-Party Programs & Brands

We may reference third-party programs, methods, content, or brands (e.g., cellular detox frameworks). We are independent from such third parties unless expressly stated. Their intellectual property remains theirs; your use is subject to their terms, if applicable.

5) Program Access & Delivery

Programs are delivered digitally via our Simplero site (and, where applicable, live group calls or messaging). Access begins upon successful payment unless otherwise stated at checkout. You are responsible for a compatible device, reliable internet, and safeguarding your login. Do not share your login.

6) Coaching Boundaries

Our coaches provide education, accountability, and general wellness guidance. We do not adjust medications, order labs, or provide individualized medical treatment. Any personalized changes to diet, exercise, or supplements should be reviewed with your licensed clinician.

7) Detox Reactions & Personal Responsibility

Changes to diet, lifestyle, and supplementation can cause temporary discomfort (e.g., fatigue, headaches, skin or digestion changes). By participating, you accept these risks and agree to monitor your wellbeing and consult your clinician as needed.

8) Payments, Subscriptions, and Renewals

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change prospectively.

• If you enroll in a subscription or payment plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to auto-charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel per Section 9.

• If a payment fails, we may reattempt charges, pause access, or cancel your enrollment.

9) Refunds & Cancellations 

We offer a 15-day refund window from the purchase date for program fees minus the price of any supplements already shipped or received. Supplements are not returnable..
How to request a refund: Email support@letslose.com from the address on your account within 15 days of purchase and include your order number.
After 15 days, all sales are final.
Subscriptions: You may cancel a future subscription renewal at any time before the next billing date via your account or by emailing support; you will retain access through the end of the paid term. Past charges are not refundable except as stated above.

10) Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may lead to suspension of access. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with proof of delivery and access logs.

11) Community Standards

Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, medical misinformation, or promotion of unsafe practices. We may remove posts or revoke access (without refund if Terms are violated) to maintain a safe environment.

12) Intellectual Property & License

All course materials, videos, worksheets, and text are owned by LetsLose Weight Loss & Wellness or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use during your paid access period. You may not copy, share, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

13) Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical. Your results will vary based on many factors, including adherence, health status, and lifestyle. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

14) Communications Consent

By creating an account, you consent to receive service emails (e.g., receipts, program updates). You may also opt into marketing emails/SMS; you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data and your choices.

15) Privacy

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload protected health information (PHI) you are not comfortable sharing; our platform is not a HIPAA-covered service.

16) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site to: (a) violate laws or regulations; (b) infringe IP or privacy rights; (c) upload malware; (d) scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security; (e) provide medical advice if you are not licensed to do so.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or lawful request by authorities. You may terminate by canceling your subscription per Section 9.

18) Warranties & Liability

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

19) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetsLose Weight Loss & Wellness and its owners, employees, licensors, partners and contractors from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

20) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, without regard to conflicts of laws. Court venue: The state courts located in Shelby County, Alabama shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue. Class actions are waived.

21) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
